How to take your measurements Description: Look just like the famous wizard from Emerald City when you suit up in this plus size deluxe Wizard of Oz costume. This costume includes a long emerald colored jacket with gold button accents. The jacket’s collar and cuffs are trimmed in black. The woven plaid pants feature a comfortable elastic waist. The costume’s vest is made of soft velour fabric and with a bright orange lapel. The vest has a Velcro strap in the back at the neck and also ties around the waist.
