How to take your measurements Description: You'll be dressed to protect and serve this Halloween in this plus size police officer costume this Halloween. The blue uniform shirt features gold buttons up the front and an embroidered police patch with white lettering above the pocket on the left chest. A blue police hat with a shiny black bill and silver police badge that says, "Special Police" will make you look official. Plastic toy handcuffs are also included and have a key and button release.
