How to take your measurements Description: This plus size Popeye Halloween costume will help you look the part of this popular cartoon hero! There are 5 pieces to this costume including a sailor top, pants, padded muscle arms, fabric belt, and white sailor cap. The black sailor top is 100% polyester, has short sleeves with blue cuffs, and three gold-colored, sailor patterned buttons down the middle. A red collar is attached at the throat but hangs loose in the back to disguise the Velcro closure at the neck. The blue polyester pants have an elastic waistband. Popeye's signature black anchor tattoos are on each bicep of the flesh-colored, foam-filled arm muscles. The yellow cloth belt is decorated with a gold-colored buckle and the white sailor cap tops off the costume. A fun Halloween costume available in a plus size.
