How to take your measurements Description: Head down to the bayou and hop into the nearest pirogue to explore the cypress trees and moss up close in our proper Southern belle costume. The costume includes a beautiful white dress made from a polyester and nylon blend. The top hemline and off-the-shoulder sleeves are lined with elastic for a comfortable fit. The top is also accented with white mesh that has green edging and ribbon. A green ribbon bow is attached in the middle of the chest as well as on each sleeves. A green sash is attached at the waist and ties in the back. The skirt has an elastic waist for a comfortable fit and two built-in hoops for extra volume. The skirt features three ruffled tiered layers made from white mesh and lined in green ribbon. (Please note the skirt is made from a plastic-like material and is see-through as is the top.) The costume also includes a yellow picture frame hat. The hat has an over-sized brim in the back and ties under the chin with green ribbon, which also decorates the hat's crown in the back. Add a pair of our adult white costume gloves to this proper Southern belle costume to emphasize your resistance to manual labor.
